BEFORE DELIVERY THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE BOX, CHECKED OVER MAKING SURE THERE IS NO DAMAGE AND THAT THEY WORK AS THEY SHOULD. EACH INDIVIDUAL LADDER WILL BE GIVEN AN ID NUMBER AND PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN.
